On-Scalp Application:
Use only with 10 or 20 Volume Deepshine Shine Enhancing Cream Developer.
Off-Scalp Application:
Use with the desired Deepshine Shine Enhancing Cream Developer, with foils or cap.
Always perform a strand test. Do not process with heat.
